World Pageant Fee - $550

Your pageant fee covers all of the required the competitions, delegate ticket to our welcome party and themed charity gala/dinner, full page in our color program book, opening number dress, and more.

Competition fees are payable as follows:

$250, non-refundable deposit, due when submitting application
$250 due within 30 days of submitting application
$250 due May 1st

At Large Title - $250

Secure an at-large title with a fee which must be paid at the time of registration. Your crown and sash will be awarded once full payment is received.

*This fee is covered as part of the state pageant winners package.

I hereby agree to abide by the rules and regulations, directives and provisions for contestants as set forth by the World Imperial Beauties Organization.

I understand that all monies paid to World Imperial Beauties are non-refundable, and returned checks will incur a fee of $30. I understand that a deposit of $195.00 is due at the time of registration with payments towards the remainder due on the 1st of each month. Balances must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to the World pageant. Payment arrangements may be made on an as need basis.

I agree to accept this preliminary title as confirmation and a commitment to compete at the world competition and will assume all responsibility for payment of world program fees. I understand and agree to the responsibilities of being a State queen and therefore agree to its terms. I understand that if I am unable to attend the world pageant for any reason, I will notify the world office immediately, I will not receive a refund of any monies paid and agree to return my crown and sash in the condition it was received back to the world office within 7 days of withdraw notification.

I understand that I may not compete in another pageant similar to World Imperial Beauties, or one that will interfere with my participation at the 2022 World Imperial Beauties Pageant.

*International titleholders will not compete in any other pageant during their reign until they have discharged all of their contractual obligations.

World Imperial Beauties has the right to refuse entry at its discretion. I further agree that my child may appear in taped segments or printed advertisements for Imperial Beauties of the World in the future without compensation after said competition.

Delegates and their parents/guardians hereby release and forever discharge Imperial Beauties Scholarship Program Inc., its directors, employees, volunteers and staff from any and all claims and demands arising from damages or liabilities due to theft, accident, loss or injury resulting from participation in the pageant.

I also affirm that all of the submitted information is true to the best of my knowledge and belief, including name, birthday, city and state of residence. I understand any false or misleading statements will be sufficient reason for dismissal from the pageant system; delegates and their parents/guardians further covenant and agree not to sue the organization, its directors individually, its employees, volunteers or staff for any claim for damages or liability.
